How products move through the plant.

Luhur Crete uses batching, conveyors, wheel loaders, automatic machines, hydraulic block and paver machines, stackers, forklifts and storage yards as part of its concrete product manufacturing operation.

Step 1

Raw Materials

Cement, sand and aggregate are received and loaded by wheel loaders.

Mixing / Preparation

Batching plant and conveyors feed measured material for production.

Production

Curing / Processing

Formed products are stacked and processed before dispatch.

Quality Checking

Finished Stock
